Pia is a committee member of Unity, an employee-led inclusion group or ELIG that brings together Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people and provides a safe space for conversations that spread understanding and make Greene King a more inclusive workplace for everyone. 

In this episode of Pint of Perspective, Pia talks about some of the achievements of the Unity group, the impact it has had for her and how Greene King is increasing its efforts to improve diversity and inclusion.
